A Professional Civil Engineer, Mr. Conti has maturated extensive experience in Civil Design, with particular emphasis on site and utility design and planning. Mr. Conti is licensed to practice Civil Engineering in California, Oregon and Italy, and to practice Land Surveying in California.

Mr. Conti has comprehensive experience in variety of civil engineering disciplines including, but not limited to: hydrology/hydraulic design and analysis, storm /sewer design, grading and paving design. Resulting from his experience he has developed a working knowledge of AutoCad Land Development Desktop, Intellicad, Hydraflow, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic, along with other computer programs.

Mr. Conti has worked extensively within the City of Stockton, Lodi, Galt, Modesto, San Andreas, San Joaquin, Sacramento, Calaveras and Stanislaus Counties. Some of the most recent projects include:
