Conti & Associates, Inc. List of Projects and References: TURNER ROAD INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION The project consists into the subdivision of an existing 3.4 Acres parcel into six parcels for Industrial Development on turner Road in Lodi, west of Highway 99. All the new parcels were served with a common access road and all utilities are provided to the various lots along the access road. Four of the newly developed lots have been developed or are in the process of being developed. SAN JOAQUIN GENERAL HOSPITAL MEDICAL COMPLEX The San Joaquin General Hospital Medical Complex will be developed on the Northwest corner of Mathews Road and Manthey Road, French Camp, CA, South of the Existing General Hospital. The current project has been divided into two phases. Phase 1, Site Package, includes the design and construction of the infrastructure necessary to support the development of the site. Improvements include the widening of Manthey and Mathews Roads, the construction of Freedom Road and extending utilities to the site. Estimated construction cost is $2,400,000. Phase 2 will include the Health Plan of San Joaquin Headquarters and the Veteran Administration and Dialysis Clinic Offices and it will begin upon completion of the first Phase. COMMERCIAL CENTER Conti & Associates has been involved in the design of the expansion of the Weston Ranch Commercial Center in Stockton, development of new retail space in Spreckels Park in Manteca and the ADA retrofit ant the West Valley Mall in Tracy. SBC FACILITIES Conti & Associates in collaboration with Roebblen Contracting has reviewed and designed retrofit measures for the drainage systems of SBC facilities in Modesto and Stockton. Scope of the work included the rehabilitation of existing Storm Drain Systems within the limits of the existing facilities. SELF STORAGES Conti & Associates has been involved into the design and construction of Self Storage Facilities in Stockton, Ripon and Sacramento. STORM WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLANS Conti & Associates, Inc. has been involved with the development of SWPPP books for the past three years. Our focus is on a reliable, timely and cost conscious product for the benefit of the environment without creating a burden for the developer. |
